Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee of HALF of the booked services total.
Day-Of Cancellations / No Showing an appointment will result in a fee of the FULL total of the booked services.
Even if you are going to be 1 minute late, PLEASE text me.
Services booked for 3+ hours will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit. This will go towards your service total.
I do not allow additional guests or children in the suite during appointments. If you have to bring your kids, I do ask that you please reschedule.
I only guarantee my color services and/or Brazilian Blowout services when the proper and recommended take-home products are purchased from me.
